I'm sure it comes with time, but I have so much admiration for systems that rarely if ever mention their OSDDID or bring up their alters cause it's like. MAN. I feel like I bring it up fairly often (to my "own" annoyance lmao) and I'm STILL holding back just cause I hate being that guy that gets a diagnosis and won't shutup about it. But this stuff is for real 24/7!!! And my compulsive desire to be understood extends to my headmates cause I'm used to being in a position of having to advocate for them since they don't front as often, so I'm always wanting to be like "OK I'm absolutely taking collective responsibility for this, but if I don't let you know what alter actually has the issue here and why then I will blow up...!!!!"
